Post-Construction Window Cleaning
New construction and remodel glass is a different job than a maintenance clean. It takes longer, it takes more care, and it takes knowing what can and can't touch the glass.
Why it costs more than a regular cleaning
A maintenance clean is soap, squeegee, detail. A post-construction clean is scraping, chemistry and patience on every pane. It's normal for it to take two to three times as long per window.
Tempered glass and scratch risk
Some tempered glass has surface fabrication debris baked in from the factory, and aggressive scraping can scratch it. We work carefully and test first. If glass is already damaged or scratched when we arrive, we'll document it and let you know before we touch it.
Timing on a job site
Best results come after the trades are done and the dust has settled. If we clean before the last punch-list work, some of it gets undone. Builders and homeowners can call us to get on the schedule ahead of the finish date.
