Soft washing vs. pressure washing

Vinyl siding, painted surfaces and most house exteriors should not be blasted. They get a low-pressure soft wash with a cleaning solution that does the work, then a rinse. Concrete, on the other hand, can take real pressure and usually needs it to come back evenly.

Using the wrong method on siding can force water behind it or leave streaks in the finish. That's the main reason people call a company instead of renting a machine for the weekend.

Pairing it with window cleaning

If you're having the house washed and the windows cleaned, the house wash goes first and the glass gets cleaned after. Doing it in the other order means cleaning your windows twice. It's a small thing, but it's the kind of thing that gets missed.

What we look at before quoting

Surface type and condition, square footage, how much organic growth is on the north-facing side, access, and whether there's landscaping we need to protect. Photos help a lot here — a couple of pictures from your phone often gets you a number without us needing to stop by.
